Law of Averages

Alex Burkat returns to the EP format with a new sonic creative direction on his first release for Starkey's NOREMIXES label. Law of Averages is a departure from his deep house and techno production, which landed him releases on Mister Saturday Night Records, 100% Silk, Third Ear Recordings, Permanent Vacation, Optimo Music, Moving Pictures and more. This collection of tracks spans the genres of IDM, dubstep, abstract and ambient, connecting altogether for a journey that blends anxiety and euphoria. The release is intended to be listened in a contemplative headspace, early in the morning decompressing from a stressful work week and transitioning into a weekend of limitless opportunities.
