Argentinian jazz-R&B fusion artist Chaiah hits a transformative peak with her euphoric, autobiographical debut album Control Release, out November 22 via EveryDejaVu Records. A skilled musician, producer, and engineer, her artistry thrives on an eclectic mix of analog warmth and digital finesse, crafting a signature sound influenced by the likes of Sevdaliza, Kamasi Washington, and Sigur Ros. Each track carries a distinctly personal narrative woven through lush grooves, layered electronic textures, and live instrumentation?a loving homage to her roots in the Buenos Aires? music scene. With performances at notable venues like Boston?s House of Blues and Wally?s Jazz Club, Chaiah?s reach extends beyond Argentina, steadily gaining recognition in the international jazz and electronic community. A Berklee College of Music scholarship recipient, she also earned recognition at Berklee?s Career Jam Concert for music production, giving a standout performance of her composition ?Meaning? at the Latino Vive Festival with a full orchestra.
