M'akoma Nnwom

Makoma Nwom pays homage to Highlife legend Nana Ampadu, blending slow minor Highlife with modern influences. Inspired by Kwame Yeboah’s childhood experiences in Ampadu's studio, the track features hypnotic guitar rhythms, shimmering patterns, and ambient, psychedelic tones. A soulful brass melody evokes nostalgia and introspection, while the track’s visual and sonic essence recalls the vibrant print patterns of West African art and fashion.
