L'Orchestre Paris Tour Eiffel

L'Orchestre Paris Tour Eiffel

Even if the roots of this instrument go back to China (the sheng being the oldest known reed instrument), the capital of the accordion is and definitely remains Paris! The accordion dear to Chateaubriand famous french writer, become popular in France in between WWI and WWII, is today the eternal sound of the city of light. Under the direction of Jacques FERCHIT (famous accordionist and conductor at the already busy career) surrounded by outstanding musicians (who crossed the road of Charles Trenet, Leo Ferre or Charles Aznavour) such as Jacky DELANCE (pianist Charles Dumont?s Edith Piaf composer, etc) is created the Orchestra PARIS TOUR EIFFEL whose objective is to resonate the great standards of hexagon throughout the world. As these peerless musicians are not ignorant of the most beautiful works that made the great hours of French popular music. They decide to meet in a collective, which is much more than an orchestra, since the musicians composing it give themselves little nostalgic breaks or simply come to recharge with the sound of the inescapable melodies of our patrimony. These timeless works for accordion that they make resonate during each performance of this ensemble which decides today to pass a course by setting for posterity a first album that will group titles specially selected for the many performances that PARIS TOUR EIFFEL has given to the four corners of the world (Moscow, Rio, Havana, etc.) without ever having proposed a disc to its public! This opus will pay tribute to names sometimes forgotten but also to more popular composers such as Charles Trenet ... An album with a very Parisian sound - intended for the greatest number - but destined for an international career. PARIS TOUR EIFFEL allowing everyone to hear the original sound of the Parisian suburbs!
